Refund Policy


1. RETURN POLICY

Customer-Friendly Returns: We offer a 2-day return policy. If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is damaged, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Email us at dsafashionwear@gmail.com with your Order ID to notify us. We will ensure a brand new replacement is sent at no extra cost.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped. Log into your account and select the "Cancel Order" option next to your order number. If canceled before shipping, we will refund the entire amount.


3. RETURN REQUESTS

If you do not like the product, you must raise a return request from your account. Log in with the email used to place the order and find the Return/Exchange option. We will arrange for pickup from your doorstep.


4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Mandatory Receipt: When returning the product, you must take a receipt (physical or electronic). In case of a lost shipment, proof of return will be needed. Refunds will be processed within 4-7 days after we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • - Any product with physical damage.
  • - Customized products.
  • - Products made to order.
  • - Requests made after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Requests: You must raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. Log into your account to initiate the process. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement within 5-7 working days. Exchanges are not allowed for customized products or items with special modifications.


6. STORE CREDIT

Validity: Store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance and must be used in one transaction. Apply the store credit on the checkout page. Please note that once you opt for store credit, you cannot opt for a refund.


7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, cancellations can be made within 24 hours only. Cancellations will incur a 5% deduction for PayPal transaction fees. If you receive a product you do not like, it can be returned within 2 days. Email us your courier receipt at dsafashionwear@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 5% deduction will apply to the refund.


8. IMPORTANT NOTES

A complete seal-packed parcel unboxing video is required for any replacement or return of broken/missing jewelry items. If the shipping address is incorrect, any additional charges for corrections will be the customer’s responsibility. Prices are inclusive of shipping, but any import duties or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. If these duties are not paid, the product may be abandoned by customs, and no refund will be issued.


9. D'SA STUDIO

We conduct strict quality checks before delivery. Therefore, we do not accept returns for items sold in our D'Sa Studio, but there is a 5-day exchange policy for these products. Customizations in the D'Sa Studio are not eligible for exchange or return.
